How Custom Ordering Works

Every Opulent Objects custom piece is made to order in our Sacramento workshop — laser engraved, 3D printed, or heat pressed, one at a time. Here’s how it works, start to finish.

Step 1 — Pick your piece

Browse the Custom To Order collection and choose your product. On customizable items you’ll see a PERSONALISE button — use it to place your design and preview how it will look.

Step 2 — We confirm your design

After you order, we email you to confirm your design, text, and details before anything is made. Nothing goes to the machine until the details are right.

Step 3 — We make it

Your piece is produced in-house on our own equipment — the xTool M1 Ultra laser, our FlashForge 3D printers, and our heat presses — then checked by hand before it leaves.

Step 4 — It ships to you

Orders ship within 5 days of design confirmation. Tracking is emailed when your order goes out.

Good to know

No order minimum — one piece or one hundred. Large orders are welcome; for very large runs we may confirm a timeline with you first. We don’t offer customer pickup, but local delivery around Sacramento may be possible — ask us. Because each piece is personalized, returns and exchanges apply to defects only.
